pix request! Anyone rocking Jaguar wheels 5x108? post 'em

How to go faster, stop quicker, and turn harder. Chips, exhaust, larger turbos, bigger/slotted/drilled rotors, high performance brake pads, manual boost controllers, performance shocks/struts/springs, airbox mods and more! Also discussion on HID and Xenon lights, aftermarket foglights and other exterior lighting.

pix request! Anyone rocking Jaguar wheels 5x108? post 'em

Post by TERINASSsydwayz »

I have been wondering how many people are rolling on Jag wheels. there are about 10 designs from X & S types and Xke's that i would consider if they appeared for the right price on my local craigslist.

i really like these:

Most, if not all, do not work
They have a RWD offset and won't work on a FWD car
If they did you would find many would run them, I don't know of anyone who does

New v70 owner reviving old thread:
So I just tried a set of Jaguar Ursa's. They're 17" Offset 49, I machined center bore to 65.1mm, thought everything was going great but when I put it on, it was hitting the struts/spring of the car.

What I understand is the default offsets are 41-45mm. Would the only solution be fitting a 5mm spacer?

Appreciate any suggestions!

Smaller tire? Probably the worst way to get out of this problem...

Can you snap a photo of the wheel/tire hitting the strut/spring?

.
Find some washers or nuts to slip over two to three of the holes and see how far before the strut stops to rub. May require a 10mm spacer as the sidewalls do flex some when driven.

This is the exact site I have been referencing to get to this.
I will try to share some pictures if possible, I actually returned the 1 Jag wheel to the owner, will see if I can borrow it again. Am not keen to add a spacer.

Thanks both for suggestions
