123K on the vehicle. I purchased 3K miles ago. Started running rough at low speed and not as noticeable above 35 mph. My mechanic checked it over and wrote: “Oil leak into spark plug tubes. Top cam covers need replacing.” He said there is a leaking gasket. He replaced the ignition coil #4 cyl. and 5 plugs. It is running fine now but he said it will need to be repaired soon. He does not have the tools required.
What am I looking at in terms of labor hours and parts?
Can anyone point me to a diagram of the engine so I can see where the problem is?
Thanks,

Your pcv is clogged and needs cleaninng. Look for the thread on this topic and it will explain the cause of that oil leak. With engine running on idle, remove dipstick and see if smoke is blowing out of it. If smoke is indeed blowing out of dispstick, then your pcv def. needs cleaning.
