'98 V70 - Ignition Key Cylinder Light

my ignition key cylinder light won't go off

it suppose to be went OFF after ignition key been turned on or all doors been locked

but sometime it went okay...

help me... thanks in advance

There is a lighted ring around the Ignition Lock, it may be defective.

this might be useful too

i think i know why
apparently the main interior lamp is connected to the key cylinder light

it will not go off until main interior lamp go off
and yes, mine got some issues (switch faulty)

so, i have to do some temporary solution until my main interior lamp got replaced
