Electrical Problems

I have a 2000 volvo s80 T6 that won't start. When i go to start my car the battery is not dead because my interior lights still work but seem to dim but when i go to turn the key it just clicks. When i get a jump the car starts right up and i had the battery tested there was nothing wrong with the battery. The car does not always have this problem sometime i get in and it starts right up and the time it sits seems to have no effect on whether the car will start or not. Any advice will help thanks you in advance.
