I drove up to Minneapolis from Omaha on Tuesday night to see Destroyer at the Cedar Cultural Center in the West Bank. Dan Bejar has some gnarly stage fright but they were fantastic. I slept in my Volvo after the show at a rest area in Iowa near Ames. It was remarkably comfortable. Got a speeding ticket in Council Bluffs. There you have it; my first Non-Automobile Talk sub forum entry.

Welcome Finn, I have slept in my cars many times in rest stopped. I once drove 8 hours away for a free air intake for my car. I drove out in the morning, picked it up and then turned right around and came back.
At the time, it was cheaper for me to drive then to have it shipped next day. Can't say that is the case today.
