Exhaust hanging question

sound is tremendous... the hanging of it however was annoying... now i have a rattling and vibration sound underneath the car... might be touching the fuel tank heat shield and something that sounds like its under my head unit... wondering if there is another way to lower the exhaust and being it away from the frame without going too low... ideas? cheap
