Car Key Memory and auto door unlock.

Does anyone know how to make this feature work correctly? We have enabled "car key memory" in Sensus using both fobs, and the seat and mirrors will sometimes erratically switch to position 2 when parked, locked and restarted and driven by person with fob #1. Fob #2 memory function doesn't seem to function for 2nd user at all.

Auto door unlock for both users is set to "all doors unlock," but user #1 reports that sometimes only her door unlocks and for user #2, it's always that way.

Dealer reports contact with Volvo indicates that both fobs must separately sit inside car for 6-7 hours to learn settings. We did this, but it didn't seem to matter. Taking car back to dealer tomorrow, but have disabled car key memory function in the meantime.
