Brake pedal going to floor

Brake pedal going to floor

My brake pedal is going to the floor and it feels spongy. I bleed it once and it was fine for a long time . Now it is doing it again. I put new rotors and pads on it (xc90 2004 t6) and it barely has any pedal. The service anti-skid light is on the dash. Any ideas? the dealer seems to think it is the computer and not a mechanical problem. I am going to try to bleed the brakes again today to see if that is what it is.

oh yeah, I checked it for codes and there were no codes with my actron code reader. it is a cheap one, but it usually works. Volvo said they can test a lot more.
