Keyless entry fob '99 S70

I just bought my first Volvo from a used car dealership. I have a keyless entry fob, but it doesn't do anything for the car. I tested it on a piece of equipment, and it is emitting RF signal. I tried the procedure of turning the key 5 times to reset any codes, but that didn't do anything. I looked in my manual, and the fob in the book doesn't even look exactly like mine. So I am wondering if it is even for my car, which is a '99 S70. I was going to include a photo, but that is too much work to get it to show up. My key fob has a yellow circle and a red triangle, which I don't see in the book, and when I see the same one listed on eBay, my model of car isn't listed.

The fob p/n is 9452456

Any help would be appreciated.

The fob for the '99 should be about 2" long 1 1/4 " at the top, key ring at bottom left, red panic at the bottom right trunk in the middle , lock top left,unlock top right.

(Here's some random fobs I found on Google images. To make an image show up in your post, put [ img ] before the full url that ends in .jpg or .gif, and a [ /img ] after it. No spaces anywhere. Or just post the url, nothing before or after, to make a simple link.)
