How does one get to the side light to change the bulb?
I've done the head lights and running lights
but the yellow plastic cap doesn't have any
screw to remove it?

The light pries out but they have a bad habit of of the plastic tabs that hold it in breaking no matter how easy you are with prying on it. Be prepared to use some clear silicone or Goof glue (DO NOT USE GORILLA GLUE) and tape it in until glue dries.
Yes, these plastic tabs break off very easily. I currently have one secured with the foam ear plugs and a rubber band. The other was beyond repair and is hanging. I really need to find a way to get that back inside again.
