'01 S80 2.9 electrical problem

I just picked this car up and replaced the ETM to get it running correctly. I disconnected the battery before I started and when I reconnected the battery the test drive went well. The car runs great, but when I tried to adjust the seat and close the sunroof they would no work. I checked all fuses and all are good.This car is new to me and I don't know where to look next.

use the remote to lock and unlock car. The car goes into low battery consumption mode ("transport mode") with some features off every time battery is disconnected for a time.

I did'nt get a remote with the car. Is there any other way of clearing this condition

I went home and locked and unlocked the car using the key and the problem cleared.
