What is this part?

I replaced my fuel filter this morning and I happened to look at this rubber bushing connected to an arm on the rear suspension. The rubber has split and deteriorated. It kinda looks like the same top engine mount on my 850. How hard is it to replace this bushing? Its the stay bushing http://www.swedishautoparts.com/XC90/Vo ... -rear.html
95 850 NA 279K on 1st motor (78K on the 2nd)
