Too much crankcase pressure?

What would cause enough PCV to blow the tube off of the head and blow oil all over the top of the head. I made sure it was on there good and tight but after 20 miles I checked it and sure enough it blew off again. New PCV kit installed during a full head gasket and new head replacement. Any help is appreciated.

Did you check the PTC nipple?

Wipe off any oil in both the pipe and port on the block and then that sucker down even more!

Mine kept doing the same thing.
