Still VERY confused and frustrated...

I have a 1993 850... It runs for about 20 minutes and then just dies. Sometimes even when turning a corner it will die.Have to wait a few minutes for it to start again. We have changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, have checked the relays..we removed them and jumped them, the relays are still good. Does anyone have any more suggestions on what to do? Someone i talked to mentioned something about a Brain Box?... Where would it be located.
