I'm replacing the timing belt on my wife's Volvo and have removed the coolant tank and the power steering tank. There is a hose going from the coolant tank to the timing belt cover. When I remover the hose from the tank the 90* plastic nipple snapped. It appears to be going to a temp sensor?
Is there a replacement nipple available ? and how do you remove it so the timing cover can be removed.
Thanks

Sorry, I have an '01 non-turbo S80 so I can't comment specifically on the hose that goes to the t-belt cover (mine does not have that part). But I would think you could buy a replacement 90 degree nipple at any auto parts store.
Just a word of caution before you do this job. Be sure to rotate the crankshaft 90 degrees past TDC AND THEN BACK to TDC BEFORE you remove the timing belt. If you don't it will screw up your VVT (Variable Valve Timing) and then you'll have big problems.
Good luck.
