2000 volvo s40 Head Gasket Manaul/Tips needed

Hello all. My 2000 volvo s40 loses coolant bit by bit and I know it is going through my bore. I have pressure tested the system and it came back okay. I do have some whitish smoke coming out of my tailpipe. I have 178,500 miles on the engine thus far and would like to keep it going strong as I put 2-3k miles a month on it. (Mostly Highway).

Any help is appreciated.
