parking bulb on C30 2008

Bulb not working, it appears I need the hand of a 5 year old person to get to the location to remove the bulb. Any suggestions?

look at the triangular metal at the corner of the fender and front radiator support. There is a hole with a shiny flat silver metal plate that is pulled up. once removed the light unit will move forward so you can change the bulbs.

many thanks, will keep this for ref when this happens again;
seems I went through heavy rain right after this post and the light started working again; my work load has lessened
and I found this website again.
