Exhaust Man Gasket bad on 2004 s80 t5

How many hr's does this job call for in the book, is this a reg problem on the 2.5 t5 thank you

Called volvo they told me about 4hr's at the tune of 480.00 + parts . So I decided to do it my self ,started by taking upper suspension cross bar off and two exhaust shields off and exhaust bolts , total of about 16 bolts and 1hr in. I'am at the mercy of buying gaskets from volvo ,nobody in spokane has them but volvo,total job about 2.5 hr's and 50.00 for parts. The way i look at it , I saved 500.00 and cained some experience and don't have to worry about burning a valve now.

Most excellent! I would think gaskets could be had locally maybe taking one day for delivery.
