Re-routed PTC-to-intake manifold vacuum line with Gates 3/8ths inch tubing.
Re-routed vacuum tree-to-fuel pressure regulator with Gates 3/8ths inch tubing.

Since replacing/re-routing the vacuum lines, my persistent P0422 has given way to a P0420 (twice).

Bosch rotor (Bosch #04272) and cap (Bosch #03371) installed.
Air filter cleaned in mild soapy water.
Battery disconnected.
Cleared "half a code" after nearly 200 miles with nothing set. Started thinking what to call this... settled on "pre-code".

Castle Rock round trip 30.5 mpg. Light traffic, 70-75 avg mph.

Just hit 110k miles.

Castle Rock round trip, 30.8 mpg.

Topped up trans fluid.

200+ miles with a pre-code, ugh. Half boost is killing me. Will clear it either way after next trip. Not affecting MPG, fortunately.

Next parts order: tie rods (TRW), axle seals and lower engine mounts.

To do:
-install the above
-trunk struts
-oil return line gasket, o-ring
-remove headlight wipers
-redo control arms - tightening bolts at ride height this time
-replace fuel filter
-tighten RF strut nut
-Seafoam
-alignment

Yesterday:
new outer tie rods
installed second set of used orange injectors that I'd soaked in isopropyl alcohol
1.5 turns wastegate
boosting to 15psi
Seafoam - 1/2 through intake, 1/4 in oil, 1/4 in gastank
