I have a piston slap or valve tap on my 1987 760 turbo,I know very little about repairing cars,I'm trying to find a inexpensive way to lessen the noise everyone me tells to live with it but I think the Old Girl is to to dignified to ride around that.So any ideas would be accepted with great relish.

I contacted a company Archoil who says thier product AR9100 will help solve the problem has anyone out there had any dealings with this product

I'm going to use it on my oil change next week.

I haven't used that product but I have used similar with good results.
