Power Seat Problems

In my 02 XC70 I am having a problem with my relay under the driver's seat randomly clicking a few times every minute. Also when I try to move the seat it only moves a bit before stopping than a little bit more and stopping.....etc, etc. It takes a bit of time to finally get it to the position i need it to be in. One time i was driving down the highway and the seat decided to move all the way forwards! All the power seat controls act the same (forward, back, tilt, etc)
Any idea what this may be caused from? The fuses are good. Is there a control module under the seat? Can I change it with the passenger one?
