91 740 doesn't start

Hello everyone,

My 91 740 doesn't start, when I turn the key nothing happens, no lights come on, its like dead.
I tried to give a jump but same thing, I think it doesn't get power from the battery.

Can you all give me some ideas what to check?
I'd really appreciate it for any help.

I had a similar problem with my 93 244. It turned out to be the neutral safety switch.

no lights come on

Is this the 'idiot' lights on the dash or is it all the lights?
