Where is the fuel filter on an 2004 S60?
I cant seem to locate the fuel filter on my S60. Its a 2004 model with a 2.5T engine. thanks

Under the car, on the passenger side, just about even with the door handle.
Its bolted to a bracket that is kind of near the jacking point

The filter on those is replaced by replacing the pump/sending unit module in tank. Filter is not a serviced part.
IF it runs then drive it till it doesn't and then replace it. The scheduled replacement is 150K miles.
This is not a cruel joke by Volvo. There are a bunch of cars with this dating back to late 90's. Bunches of hondas, chryslers, benzes, and some toyotas have this setup.
