How do I get the code for the radio for a '95 turbo wagon?

If you have the original owners documents there is a credit card sized card with the code on it. Most of the time the card has been lost.

If you are lucky the PO did what the rest of us do and the code is written on the radio with a sharpie. Look for a 4 digit number with the numbers all between 1 and 6.

You can always go to a dealership and they will give you the code based on your VIN. If that code doesn't work the radio has been changed and they will need the numbers off of the radio to get the proper code.

Some dealers will want you to appear in person with proof of ownership and others will just give you the code over the phone. I have had the best luck talking to the parts department rather than the service department.

Whatever you do don't just start stabbing in random numbers or the radio will go to off rather than code after three wrong attempts. Getting it out of lock is a PITA.
