Does anybody knows how much psi should i see on each cylinder?. I have replaced the pcv system and turbo and i started to see smoke again after 400 miles, for the there is 2 options, my valve seals, piston rings are gone or the turbo didnt come well repair.

I think it's more important that the numbers are even across the board. If one has a big drop off, it shows a problem with that cyl.

I was given the figure of "over 140psi" by a Volvo specialist and a variance between cylinders of not more than 10%. This was for a S60 T5 2001 model.
