Looking for a good diagnostics computer

I currently have a launch diagun that could reset airbags, clear codes in every system in the car except it cant calibrate a OWS for a 2007 S60. So im looking for a computer that is able to do so.

Also is there a computer that can download onto the ECU? just changed the the airbag module and need to update the ECU and dont want to take it to the dealer.
