Hello my ptc nipple that comes out of the air intake tubes is leaking oil into the electrical plug... Am i expierencing a clogged pcv system? and what can i do to have this stop happening? Because everytime i clean the plug it just gets oily all over again.

You should clean the whole pvc system and change the fire box that is under the intake manifold. After this is all done, use synthetic oil. Conventional oil builds sludge and clogs the system. Eventually you will be blowing oil from the oil cap, pvc port on the block etc.
