2002 volvo s80 tie rod end

I was at the dealership the other day and they recommended that i replace the inner tie rod ends.... should i replace the inner tie rod ends and outer tie rods at the same time or what?

And when replacing the parts where should I get the genuine parts from..

you need an alignment after replacing any tie rod ends so I usually just do them all at the same time
