Valve cover torque specs 2002 V70

I need some information on the torque specs for valve cover on my V70 turbo 2002. I also need to know the tightening sequence. mahalo

They are 7Nm so not too tight. The force of 42 bolts all acting on the cover as well as the gluing effect of the sealant bond the cover very well.

Try to bolt them all down evenly as they take if you're not using the cam cover clamps. I use a Ryobi 18V battery drill with lowest torque setting on speed 1 and go around multiple times until it's down. Each tiny amount of turn lowers the cam cover down and threads don't get stripped.

Use fresh oil on all your well cleaned bolt threads and be sure the threads in cylinder head are clean and tested. I usually do a cover down without cams on first to check for burrs/problems in seating.

Volvo anaerobic sealer part number 1161059 dealer cost around $40. This stuff stays wet when in contact with the air but dries when sandwiched by aluminium; weird if you haven't used it before!!

Comes in a tube will also need spark plug o ring seals X 5 part number 1397525 and that's it.
