Introducing the Ask Lucky! guide to upgrading your Volvo.
It's where you tell me what you have, how much $ you have to spend, and where you want to go with the upgrades.
What you have
Pretty self-explanatory. Which Volvo, year, model, sub-model. Stock, Stage 0 cars given preference. Why? Because there are fewer variables. Making cars run well is all about reducing the set of variables we're faced with when repairing or upgrading, like math equations are sovled by canceling out/eliminating variables.
How much you have to spend
No, this isn't a secret way to sell Lucky's ARD products. In fact, he sells a small portion of what I'd consider the Volvo performance catalog. It's simply this: without knowing how much you have for this round of upgrade(s), there's no way to tell you what to get.
Where are you going?
Do you want to add 30 HP and that's it? Or 30 HP now, then a built transmission and 80 HP later? Going to the track? Going to run your Volvo at illegal back road Honda/Subaru nighttime drag races? These distinctions are extremely important to a tuner.
Just send in these three things, and I'll get back with you and get your scenario to Lucky. All featured users will get an MVS t-shirt, continental US only please. Click here to send them to me.
