Is the '97 940 bolt pattern the same as the '97 850?

108mm X 5 is the same though offset is around 18mm on the RWD cars where on the 850 is closer to 38mm.

What are you trying to achieve?

Sorry...didn't know that the 940 is RWD....

The U.S. 940 only went up to 1995. Other countries had it up to 1998. Are you sure it is a 940 you are looking at?
