Thanks. I think i have written down when Volvo changed the way the manifold is being controlled.

In the very first 20V's the solenoid that controls te VVIS manifold has been connected in a different way.
My circuit will work as expected when the vacuum line to the manifold and the vacuum cover are swapped.

Ok then I am still up for buying.
Will you send message to us who is written up if you make it again ?

I have already done this to my car and your switch could be the last thing to do :

1. Sanded down plastic on trottlehouse disc.
2. ultracleaned injectors.
3. KN filter
4. 76 mm intake hose to airfilter and blocked preheating from exhurst.
5. new raceheader, new cat and 2,5" simons exhurst.

that gave me 192 bhp and 255 Nm.

Since I have mounted two new racechips in ECU.

Got 0-60 times with app 7,03 - 6,70 - 6,55 - 6,83

Will now set cam 3 degres advance that should give better acc.
