I am in the middle of door stop replacement (thanks for the very good info) and I noticed the skins are delaminated in few places.
Can you recommend glue/adhesive that hold it together.
Thanks

Hello januwan, I had the same problem with my S70 on all four door panels. I used slow drying epoxy 1:1 mix. Firstly, spread them thin and used laundry clips. For larger areas, I used carton cut outs and clamp/sandwich them together. Leave to dry overnight or longer. Also, the black plastic that holds the white retaining clips falls out over time due to Volvo using recycleble glue (green). Used the same and apply generous amount of epoxy and it is holding well so far (9 months).
I forgot the brand name, it wasn't Loctite or Aradit...but but begins with an "S"
Good luck!

The VADIS procedure calls for hot glue and clamps for the edges like the one that is pictured.

In the lower left corner there is like cardboard tube glued to the panel board. The glue light creamy color. If you know what it is please let me know.
Is the grey skin PVC ?
Thanks

Not sure what the creamy colour glue is. On my panel, whatever attached by it failed. Previous owner used heat transparent glue that made a mess and couldn't hold. He also used black rubber material like plasticine. The hotter the surroundings, the softer it becomes. It was a total mess until I cleaned them all up and pulled out down to the actual raw surface of the door panel board.
I just think you need a type of glue that can withstand high cabin temperature when parked outside. This so whatever glue you used won't crack and disintegrate.
I think the grey skin is vinyl? Not sure because it looks like leather outside but spongy in the inside.

I used liquid nail and it has held up for a few years now. The carpenter stuff. Dries pretty quick as well.
