1996 850 GLT Air Pump

Hello all.
I have 1996 850 GLT, is there any reason for this models to not have the air pump? if 1996 models are without air pump then what's the reason? I'm confused here because some part supplier like FCP have the air pump for 1996 850 GLT. Is there any exception? Thank you all for any possible answer.

some have them some don't depends on year, make model, turbo, N/A

be thankful that you do not have it, saves you the trouble of doing the SAS delete.
