V70xc Build
Alright guys, call me a newbie but i have a few questions. I'm building the 2.4 engine with some t5 parts. Just picked up a v70 t5 and am gonna be swapping some stuff over. Gonna be pulling the intake manifold, injectors, turbo, charge pipe and intercooler hose as for engine wise. I have been talking to ard tuning and we are also going to tune my ecu for the green tune. I'm also in the process of tracking down a 2.5" exhaust manifold from an 03' engine. When i swap everything over, do i need to worry about reseting any sensors or switches or anything like that? The only things i could think of would be the MAF sensor but that won't be changing and maybe the fuel rail. Any ideas? hopefully this won't be to bad haha. Thanks for the help!

With all that work, I'd round it out with an R exhaust manifold and a 18G turbo. In for a penny, in for a pound.
These parts are very interchangeable. Lucky at ARD will make adjustments in the tune to take advantage.
According to Brett at Volvospecialists on Sante Fe, the 2.5 manifold is the same as an R manifold, so that opens up almost a decade of used manifolds to pick from.
I have an R manifold waiting to go in, got it from someone in the classifieds here for $200 shipped. At a pick n pull you might find one for less.
As far as resetting things, I doubt there's anything you can reset (initially), since the ECU will have ARDs custom programming on it.
