Things I don't know. maybe you can help me? :)

1. Valve adjustment? how to DIY and how often? any DIY links for this?
2. Timing belt installation? where is it located and how often should I change it? links?
3. Diagnostic port? where is it? any pics? links?
4. wheel size? can I fit any volvo wheel from any model?
5. Radio INterference Relay? where is this thing located? pics? links?

tha's all for now. I LOVE this 940 btw.. :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

1. Only do it if you are doing a top end rebuild or they become noisy.

2. The timing belt is at the front of the engine under the plastic cover. Recommended change interval is 50,000 miles.

4. I don't advise on changing wheels on any vehicle so I am not held responsible if the car is uncontrollable after changing them.

Almost all rwd 15-16" wheels will fit. The only ones that won't are the Virgo, which will hit the brakes.
Aries, Omega, Hydra, Adhara, Draco, and others are some of the wheels I have put on my 740's and 940's.
Fwd wheels will bolt up but not work as the offset is different. Many other wheels for other brands are used by using adapters, which are not cheap for good ones.

The obd is located on the left shock tower, is a small rectangular black box, the top comes off and there's a pin that goes into the various sockets. It reads stored codes, and can test some of the systems also.
