Oil drip from turbo, is it?

This is oil and filter change time on my cars.
I found a build up on engine protective plate, then looked up.
Here are two photos.
How to search the forum for identifying problem, and find a DIY repair?

Look under the spark plug cover. Oil will pool up under there, and then drip off the back corner of the engine and directly onto the turbo.

This is caused by either a clogged PCV system or a bad oil cap seal most of the time. Sometimes that PCV hose to the top of the valve cover can be a leaky little jerk too.

I have the exact same leak, no oil on driveway though.
I just cleaned it and will keep an eye on it.

PS:
- PCV just overhauled in Dec 2012.
- Spark Plug Plastic Cover removed, so top of engine is clean.

Not much is visible from the above.
Would a blue glove over the oil filler cap method a good start?
What about taking down the charged-air hose that goes over the plug cover?

FYI, this is our 2001 V70XC with 140Kmi.

Glove test would work to determine if there is a PCV issue.

Are the charged air hoses leaking oil at the clamps to the metal pipes?

For some reason, the small 13G turbos in the XC/GLT models seem to blow seals out earlier in their lives - I guess because they're loaded heavily much lower in the RPM range.

Take a closer look at the photo, it appears, there is start of a trail at the green clamp.

That ones a coolant hose unfortunately. Might be coming from the intake hose above it (where the PTC nipple is located/may be clogged).

Looks like he changed the hose at the top of the turbo to the intercooler.

I doubt that "fixed" the oil leak; just moved it further downstream to where it dumps the oil into the intercooler.

I was able to loosen the 7mm clamp screws at the each end of charged-air hose. But could not figure out putting it back together once taken off, so left it for another weekend.

Anyone out there with notes on removing and installing charged-air hose?
