Unlocking steering wheel w/o the key

Does anyone know how to unlock the steering wheel from the locked position to get at the screws that will release the airbag to remove the steering wheel? I found a really nice leather wrapped steering wheel that I want to grab up.

You would have to drill the bolts under steering lock and remove the ignition lock assy.
