While replacing rear shocks on my 1998 S70 2.4 base model, I discovered on the right side (passenger side) a group of electrical connectors. The shock mount has busted and in turn cut through a three wire connector. Can anyone identify what these wires control? (See Pic below) it looks like it is a Yellow / Light Blue / and the third wire is either black or dark grey. ( color could be faded due to age).
So if anyone can tell me what these wires control that would be excellent.
Things wrong with my car are: The ABS light on dash comes on/off intermittently. The SRS/Airbag light is always on. And the Power windows and mirrors haven't worked since I bought it.(and I've replaced the Master switches, the relays, the this, the that...)
I have looked at the wire diagrams, but the ones I have don't tell me what is located where. Thanks for any help.

It looks like the fuel tank pressure sensor wiring to me.

fuel tank pressure sensor? ok, i'll look into that. Do you think an OEM wire schematic will identify the wire/connectors and their locations?

I think it's very likely that the wiring diagram will identify the connectors and the the wire colors going to them -- at least the wiring diagrams in the Haynes manual for the 850 lists wire colors and shows the connectors. The location of the connector in the car may only be given in a general schematic sense.

You will need to spend quite a bit of time with these but they identify every wire and connector, once you determine what system is involved.

Download the appropriate set of schematics.

You can take SRS, power window and power mirrors off the list. No wires for those run in that area.
It could be ABS but those should be two wire leads with a very rubbery insulation over them. The ABS wheel speed sensor leads come to a connector that is docked in that vicinity and meet a couple of connectors and the wires forward are twisted.
I can't find the second page of the motronic 4.3/4.4 diagram. The first page does not show the tank pressure sensor.
