IPD USA Promotion Code?

Post by wayout99 »

Hi, we're in deep $$ right now to buy a bunch of suspension parts and it's killing me (the bookkeeper of the household ;-) ). Springs and whatnot, I think we've managed to get a good deal on struts and shocks locally, we are in Canada so anything coming across the border to us tack on another bunch of money for duties, so we try to get as many decent parts from within Canada before sourcing out an order to IPD or elsewhere.

Does anyone know if any promo codes coming up fairly soon or preferably anything current with IPD USA to get something like a % off of a total order? I've read in the past topic postings that there are sometimes offers extended to Forum Members, but I have no idea how to go about that to see if we're eligible, so if anyone can let me know, that would be terrific.

Thanks!

You missed the sale back in May. That is the best time to do a big shop as I did. I'm in the Vancouver region (port Moody) so I drive over the border to a mail outlet in blaine, wa so as to avoid all the duty charges. I don't know of other promotions during the year.

Start a shopping basket at IPD. Email it to someone like andrew carlson and ask "what can you do for Me, please!" type of request? I was surprised.

I emailed Scott Hart, iPD Volvo Division Leader, and he responded that yes, they have no codes currently. However, soon it will be easier to know: "We are updating the site to only display that option when we have active codes."
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

Thanks everyone, unfortunately they can't do anything for me right now, but that's the way it is sometimes.

Will try to put the work off for a couple of more months, luckily it's not our main vehicle, but it's also the one we use to go away in, so no trips for a while until it's been looked after.

*sigh*
