I have a 2004 Volvo S80 T6 2.9 with 70,000 miles on it. In the past 10 weeks my average mpg has gone from 19 to 17. I have cleaned the mass airflow sensor...any suggestions? Before cleaning the mass airflow sensor at times when giving the car gas it would hesitate.

Start with service items like the spark plugs, air filter and fuel filter.
