Which model year did the S60/V70 come with the 6 speed auto?

I'm tickingering with the idea to trade in my brilliant S60 2.4 (non-turbo) with a S60 T5 or V70 T5. I've prefer a manual, but due to the limits of cars that suits my requirements for a new Volvo, I would have to consider buying one with an automatic transmission. The question is what model year did the S60/V70 come with a 6 speed automatic?

Never.
Only V70Rs and S60Rs 2006-2007 have a 6 speed GT box.
T5s never came with a 6 speed auto.
Only the NEW S60 does, 2011-current
