P0171 code post transmission replacement & more

I am getting a P0171 code for the first time on my '97 855 GLT after having the tranny replaced. I have checked all obvious elbows/hoses and it has had the SAS delete and new PCV system replaced and never this code so other than getting it smoked, what should I check/replace?
