2004 V70 Erratic shifting when warm ? could be B4 servo ?

Hi guys! I got a 2004 Volvo V70 2wd non turbo 157K miles, the car drives great when cold but once I drive it for 10 miles gets warm and nice, transmission starts to shift real hard, sometimes It goes into neutral and really hard down shift. there are no codes at all, took the car to the dealer, they said the software needs to be updated, they did the update but the problem is the same! could it be B4 servo? fluid looks nice and pink. did my transmission give up ? any help and advice would be appreciated!

Valve body is likely not in the best condition. If you don't want to replace it, try additional transmission oil cooler. That helped to wife's '02 V70, shifts perfectly when cold and hot (perfect as can be for 12y old automatic transmission), better than '05 XC70.
