04 V702.5T Oil drip from connections at intercooler and turb

Hello all, I have a 2004 V70 2.5t w 111,xxx miles. I've noticed over the last few months I have drops of oil coming from the inertcooler and turbo at the hose connections. Is this a precursor to a possible PTC clog or is it something fairly normal for these cars due to age? It's small half dollar spots on the splash gaurd nothing crazy big. I did some research and found out that this could be the oil lines to turbo clog. Where should I start in diagnosing this problem?
