2003 S60, Mildew Smell When the Heater's On

I used supercool evaporator foam and sprayed into drain hole. Things are fine with AC .. but when I turn on heat I get a car full of chemical smell... will that go away?

Perhaps you have a heater core that is leaking?

I just recently acquired the same smell and I personally believe it to be a partial leaking heater core. The smell is sweet like that of coolant so that is where I would start looking. check for signs of fluids on the floorboard/carpet areas.
