I have a 2005 V70 T5 with cloth seats and am looking for some leather ones.
Post facelift seats are hard to find and expensive - i know the wiring is different for the pre facelift seats but wonder how easy it would be to adapt the wiring?
Anyone done it??
2005 V70 - anyone managed to wire in pre-facelift seats?

Problem is I cannot find any post facelift V70, CX70, S60 seats for anything less than half what I bought the car for!jda2000 wrote:2005-2007 leather seats from V70 XC70 S60 are plug and play, the car is pre-wired already.
Would really like to get a pre-facelift set working if I can.

Is this difficult to do?jimmy57 wrote:Do upholstery swap onto your seat frames.
Obviously would not get me the electric seats bits (which would be good as I can't get in to car after my missis has used it!)
