We have a 1969 144 that has been in the family since it was bought new in 1969.
We have finally decided to sell it, but I think this needs an enthusiast to appreciate this car.
Mechanically, it is in excellent condition with about 40,000 miles on it. The body and interior are
in pretty bad shape, but could be restored with some effort. The topside was repainted in past years
to the original California white, but the undersides are badly rusted.
We are not sure if the car is worth more in it's current drivable condition, or break it up for it's
component parts.
Where should we start?
