My left headlight is a fairly normal flood pattern (for 2002....new car headlights are sooo much better) but my right headlight looks like a spotlight on the wall, with hardly any diffusion at all. I have newer aftermarket glass, which I replaced as soon as I bought the car because the old glass was cracked. Could that be the issue? I do recall looking at the old vs new and noting the pattern on the glass looked the same. I also replaced the bulbs but I have since tried the old bulbs with the same result.
Has anyone else ever noticed anything like this?

We could tell you more if you post some pics.
Shots of the pattern on a wall and the headlights
themselves would be helpful.

Here is the best I can do tonight. It is much more prominent in person.
I can get some of the glass tomorrow...Thanks!

Bad reflector?
Do you remember what the reflective coating looked
like from side compared to side when the glass was off?

I think they both looked the same but that is also what I was thinking. Maybe since the old glass was cracked, too much moisture got in there and ruined the reflective finish, to some extent. May be time to take it apart again. I know the reflective finish is fragile, but is there a good way to clean it?

The bulb may not be seated correctly. That is very easy to do.
