2010 XC60 Roof Rack and Cross Bar Question

Hi all -

We have both a 2010 XC60 and a 2004 XC90. We are considering buying a roof cargo box and I was hoping we could get one to share between the two cars, and I'm assuming the trick will be to get cross bars for both cars.

Are there any cross bars that are compatible with both cars? Or do I just have to get two sets of cross bars and transfer the box from one to the other when needed?

You may be able to share the crossbars but the foot pack will be different for the 2 vehicles. You can browse the Thule website to be certain.
